Competition – Exclusive Books

So.. Many have said its unethical to win my OWN competition. So on that note. I chose a prize i know i would not even want. Like EVER. Also, Nafisa and her crew on the Nokia ‘Search for N’ competition hosted an awesome competition. Hats off to them. So i decided to take some pointers from them with regards to fairness, struture and ease of entering. So without further ado. Here are the rules and regulations. The content of the competition was recommended and advised upon by Mrs S Bhamjee-Mayet. She not family, so she can enter..

COMPETITION

EVER GOT PAID TO WRITE… WELL HERES YOUR CHANCE !!!

Write a short story/article based on the following criteria:

  1. The title should begin with “Theory Of….”
  2. It must NOT be something that i have written before (title NOT content)…
  3. and the best for last.. It must be written in true KiLLa ® style (should be fun – check the blog for style ideas)

    RULES AND CONDITIONS

      1. Only South African residents may enter
      2. 1 prize per entrant. Regardless of how many posts you do.
      3. All entries to be submitted via email to mohammed@killa.co.za with the subject line as “EB Competition”
      4. Anyone doing the article on their own webspace/blog page should email/paste the link in THIS post’s comments section. Along with their valid e-mail address
      5. The 3 winning posts will be published on killa.co.za for all to view
      6. The judges decision is final. And the prize cannot be redeemeed for cash.
      7. An invalid email address will result in automatic disqualification
      8. Entries close at midnight of the closing date.
      9. Winners will be notified via email and necassary shiping arrangement will then be made
      10. Sould there be a close result in the entries. Or a split decision between 2 entries. Entrants following me on —> http://twitter.com/K1LLa will have preferance.

        Competition is open from  10 June 2009 to 16 June 2009. Winners will be notified via email and be announed on KiLLa.co.za on Wednesday 17 June 2009 along with the winning entries.

        3 x R100 exclusive book vouchers. Valid countrywide.

          Grammar, use of certain words, the content of the topic chosen, te stereotypical characters etc
